2. User Accounts
To access certain features of our services, you may be required to create a user account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Plata-in immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. Plata-in will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if we suspect any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity associated with your account. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
By using our services, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You further agree not to use the services for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the services or interfere with any other party's use of the services.

- Distributing unsolicited promotional or advertising materials, including spam.
- Using the services to collect personal information from others without their consent.
- Engaging in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the security, integrity, or performance of the services.
Any violation of these prohibited activities may result in legal action and/or termination of your account. Plata-in reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates this provision.
5. Content Ownership
All content, features, and functionality on the services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, and software, are the exclusive property of Plata-in or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the services for your personal or internal business purposes. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of the services or any derivative use of the services or its contents.
Any unauthorized use of the services or its content may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws, and could result in criminal or civil penalties. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our services, except as follows: your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials.
6. User-Generated Content
Users may have the opportunity to submit, post, or otherwise transmit content through the services ("User-Generated Content"). By submitting User-Generated Content, you grant Plata-in a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the User-Generated Content you submit and that such content does not infringe upon the rights of any third party. Plata-in is not responsible for any User-Generated Content and does not endorse any opinions expressed in such content.
We reserve the right to monitor, review, and remove any User-Generated Content at our sole discretion and without notice. If you believe that any User-Generated Content violates these Terms, please contact us at [email protected].
7. Payment Terms
Access to certain features of the services may require payment of fees. By subscribing to our services, you agree to pay all applicable fees as outlined on our website. All fees are non-refundable, and you are responsible for paying all taxes associated with your use of the services.
Payment will be processed through a third-party payment processor, and you agree to comply with their terms and conditions. You authorize Plata-in to charge your payment method for the fees incurred. If your payment method fails or your account is past due, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the services.
We may change our fees from time to time, and we will provide notice of any changes on our website. Your continued use of the services after any fee change constitutes your acceptance of the new fees.
8. Service Modifications
Plata-in reserves the right to modify or discontinue the services, or any part thereof, at any time without notice. We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts of the services without notice or liability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes to the services.
We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the services. You agree that we will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the services.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates. Your continued use of the services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Plata-in, its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the services.
In no event shall Plata-in’s total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. In such jurisdictions, Plata-in’s liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Termination
These Terms are effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate these Terms at any time by discontinuing your use of the services and deleting your account. Plata-in may terminate these Terms and your access to the services at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to your breach of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease, and you must cease all use of the services. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
Termination of these Terms does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the date of termination.
